Figure drawing, observational sketching and motion studies remain one of my favourite pastimes and you'll often find me with my sketchbook or piece of paper in the mornings before work and when out with friends. Drawing forms the foundation of my design practice and helps me better define and resolve visual problems when illustrating or animating. The following is an evolving collection of rough sketches and observational studies from my personal journals and drawing notebooks, which will give you a bird's eye view of my process and approach to illustration.
